Linking e-report to it's database using an ODBC DSN

If an e-report client is unable to communicate with a database on startup then the user is presented with the option to 'Retry'. If this is selected, e-report's ODBC config screen is diplayed to permit the user to add or modify a link to the database.

Selecting an existing entry on the list will copy the name to the top box entitled ODBC DSN and configure e-report to use that named connection. Clearing the ODBC DSN box will cause e-report to revert to a DSNless connection.
