| 1. | Select Utilities > " User Administration" from the Menu Bar. |
| 3. | On the subsequent User Details screen: |

| i. | Complete the User Name field and enter a Password. |
| ii. | Re-type the password in the Confirm Password box. |
| iii. | Set the Default Security Value for the user by typing a value into the field. NOTE: The Default Security Value set can be no greater than the default security value of the account used to create the new user. |
| iv. | Where necessary, apply either the Prevent Prime Logon or Prevent Pocket PC Logon restriction to the user. |
(NOTE: Users with a security level of 90 or above will see two additional tabs - Data Filter and Security Settings).
| 4. | Click OK to save the user details and return to the Active Users screen. NOTE: Where a username already in use is selected, the "User Exists" dialog box will open: |

Click OK to return to the User Details screen. Insert a different user name in the appropriate field and click OK to save the details.
