i.Select a specific type from the Module list. (NOTE: By default, fields common to all modules will display in the Y- and X- axis field boxes.  Once a specific module has been selected, the field names will refresh to those specific to the chosen module).
ii.If required, limit the data to be searched by completing the Field Name, Operator and Criteria boxes (inserting additional rows if required).
iii.Tick the required Y- and X-axis fields on which the graph is to be based.
3.Create the graph.  Either:
click the Refresh chart icon (Refresh Chart) on the Tool Bar, or
select the Graph tab.

HINT:  If either the Y- or X-axis criteria are left blank, a "Graph Error" dialog box will open when the graph is created.  Click OK to return to the "Criteria & Axis Settings" tab.  (NOTE: The Graph screen will be blank when it first opens whilst Prime retrieves the required data).

For example, to build a graph showing the number of Thorough examinations for items within the PSR module each month:

1.Select "Graphing Graphing" from the Side Bar.
2.The Graphing screen will open onto the "Criteria & Axis Settings" tab.
3.Select "PSR Module" from the drop-down list in the Module field.
