Defects may be cleared (by users with a security level of 70 or above) via either the " Defects For" or " Status For" screens.
To clear defects via the "Status for" screen:
| 1. | Select the required Module, Building or Scheme from the Site List. |
| 2. | Select " Status for" from the Side Bar. |
| 3. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 4. | Select the "Category B and above" tab. |
| 5. | Right-click on the item from which the defect is to be cleared and select " Clear Defect" from the subsequent menu. |
To clear defects via the "Defects" page:
| 1. | Select the required Module, Building or Scheme from the Site List. |
| 2. | Select " Defects For" from the Side Bar. |
| 3. | Right-click on the asset against which the defect is to be cleared. (NOTE: Edit Mode does NOT need to be selected). |
| 4. | Select " Clear Defect" from the subsequent menu. |
| 5. | The "Date Cleared" and "Cleared By" fields will be automatically completed with the current date and user ID. |
Details of cleared defects are maintained by Prime and may be viewed via the "Cleared" link in the Repair Information section of the relevant " Item Details" screen.
