To copy a Parent asset and its associated Children:
| 1. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 2. | Select the parent and child assets by highlighting the first asset, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the last required asset. (NOTE: Dots in the Indicator Column identify those assets selected). |
| 3. | Right-click and select " Copy" from the subsequent menu. |
| 4. | Move to the destination schedule. |
| 5. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 6. | Right-click in the Data Area and select " Paste" from the subsequent menu. |
| 7. | To paste the asset at the foot of the schedule select Yes from the "Paste Position" dialog box. To paste the asset beneath the currently selected row select No from the "Paste Position" dialog box. |
| 8. | Re-parent the child assets as required. |
To copy a Parent asset ONLY or a Child asset ONLY:
| 1. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 2. | Click on the required asset to select it. |
| 3. | Right-click and select " Copy" from the subsequent menu. |
| 4. | Move to the destination schedule. |
| 5. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 6. | Right-click in the Data Area and select " Paste" from the subsequent menu. |
| 7. | To paste the asset at the foot of the schedule select Yes from the "Paste Position" dialog box. To paste the asset beneath the currently selected row select No from the "Paste Position" dialog box. |
| 8. | The copied asset will appear as a normal asset in the destination schedule. |
