There are occasions when it may save time to copy a scheme (and its associated assets) from one location and paste it into a new location.
| 1. | Ensure the Site List screen is displayed. (" Site List" on the Side Bar will be greyed-out when the Site List is displayed). |
| 2. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 3. | Click on the scheme to be copied. |
| 4. | Select the  icon (Copy) on the Tool Bar. (HINT: If the Copy icon is greyed-out, then either: |
| • | Edit Mode has not been selected, or |
| • | the login account in use does not have the authority to copy a scheme). |
| 5. | Click on the location in which a copy of the scheme is to be placed. |
| 6. | Select the  icon (Paste) from the Tool Bar. |
| 7. | The "Paste Documents" dialog box will open, asking whether to paste a copy of the associated documents into the copy of the scheme. Select Yes to paste the documents along with the scheme or No to paste a copy of the scheme only. |
| 8. | A copy of the scheme will appear in the destination schedule. It will have its original title, but the Scheme Description will be prefaced with "COPY". Both Scheme Title and Scheme Description can be amended via " Modify Scheme Properties". |
