List screens within Prime are divided into six main areas:
| • | Menu Bar - this consists of File, Edit, Utilities, Tools and Help menu options and remains static throughout Prime. |
| • | Tool Bar - a context-sensitive series of buttons which enable the manipulation of the currently selected data. |
| • | Side Bar - the main navigational point within Prime. Click on an item to move to that screen. The Side Bar can be re-sized if required. To restore the default settings select Utilities > Reset Side Bar from the Menu Bar. |
| • | Grouping Area - much of the data stored within Prime can be grouped. The Grouping Area is the place where a grouping can be applied. |
| • | Column Headings - Title of data fields in the current view |
| • | Data Area - currently selected data is displayed here. |
