A previously saved search can be loaded and run exactly in its original state, or may be loaded and then edited (for example to take into account date changes). To load a previously saved search:
| 1. | If necessary, select " Search" from the Side Bar. |
| 2. | Click the  icon (Load Search) on the Tool Bar. |
| 3. | On the "Load Search Criteria" screen, navigate to the location in which the search was saved and select the appropriate file. |
| 4. | Click Open. The search criteria will be listed on the Search Screen. |
| 5. | If necessary, amend the displayed criteria. |
| 6. | Click Search Now or the  icon on the Tool Bar to run the search. |
