Misclassified Defects |

Misclassified defects occur most typically where an electronic inspection report contains a severity code generated by the issuing organisation that does not appear to match the details of the report. For example: a severity code in the issuing organisation's report may indicate that a defect applies to the asset which has been inspected. However, within the Defects section of the report, the word "None" appears. Prime recognises this as an anomaly and will automatically mark the item as having a misclassified defect. (NOTE: Prime assigns misclassified defects the code Z).
