NOTE: Modifying the Client Name, Module Type or Building fields on the Modify Scheme form will, in effect, cause that scheme to be moved from one location to another.
| 1. | Ensure the Site List screen is displayed. (" Site List" on the Side Bar will be greyed-out when the Site List is displayed). |
| 2. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. |
| 3. | Click on the appropriate scheme. |
| 4. | Select the " Modify Scheme Properties" icon from the tool bar. (HINT: If the Modify Scheme icon is greyed-out, then either: |
| • | Edit Mode has not been selected, or |
| • | the login account in use does not have the authority to modify a scheme). |
| 5. | Amend the necessary fields on the displayed Scheme Properties form. (HINT: If the scheme is Certified or Audited, then certain fields will be greyed out as they are only amendable within Draft schemes). |

| • | Client Name: This rarely needs to be altered. If necessary, click into the field and over-type with any changes. |
| • | Module Type: Click into the field and select the required module from the drop-down box. (NOTE: The module type may only be changed to one module. The module type may NOT be changed to "All Active Modules"). |
| • | Building: Click into the field and input the required building name. (HINT: If a building name not previously used is input, that building will be created under the selected module type). |
| • | Scheme Ref: Click into the box and amend the Scheme Reference. (NOTE: The Scheme Reference should be unique to the location in which a scheme is held). |
| • | Scheme Description: Click into the box and amend the Scheme Description. (HINT: If no description is required, click into the box and press the space bar). |
If any field is left blank, an error message will display prompting the completion of the field.
| 6. | Click the Modify Scheme button to save, or Cancel to abandon the changes. |
