| • | Assets for which an inspection is overdue can be identified via the Status Tool: |
| 1. | To identify overdue inspections for an individual Location, Module Type, Building or Schedule Name, select the required item from the Site List screen. |
| 2. | Click " Status for" on the Side Bar. A listing of any items which are overdue for inspection will now be returned. (NOTE: It may take up to 30 seconds for the data to be retrieved). |
| • | To view the overdue inspections for all locations: |
| 1. | Select Tools > Status for All Locations from the Menu Bar and select either the required module from the drop-down list, or "All Modules" to include overdue inspections across all modules and all locations. (NOTE: If All Modules is selected, a warning on the length of time required to carry out the search will be displayed. Click Yes to view the status for all locations or No to cancel. Re-select Tools > Status for All Locations from the Menu bar to limit the status to a particular Module). |
| 2. | Where there are many locations, or a large number of items within locations, and particularly if "All Modules" has been selected, a time-out message may be received before Prime has been able to identify these items. In this case, a blank screen stating "No Data to Display" will appear. |
| 3. | If required, a filter to restrict the results to a specific Module type may now be applied by selecting the appropriate module name from the drop-down "Restrict Status List To…" box on the Tool Bar. (NOTE: This filter may be applied even if the "No Data to Display" message has appeared. Because the data is now limited by type, Prime may be able to retrieve the relevant data before displaying a time-out message). |
