To create a PDF document set:
| 1. | Select the icon (Create PDF Document Set) option from the tool bar. |
| 2. | Amend the PDF Document set options as required and select whether the output should go to an email recipient or to a file. |
| • | Where Email Recipient has been chosen, fill in the recipient details and send the message. |
| • | Where the destination is File, navigate to the location in which the file is to be saved, amend the file name if necessary, and click Save. |
NOTE: The full set of pages will be produced, even if a page contains no information.
