Scheme Revision History

The Scheme Revision History forms a change control log for the selected Scheme or Schedule.  Authorised users can annotate changes that have occurred to a scheme.

 

To insert a note:

 

1.Select the appropriate Scheme or Schedule from the Site List.
2.Either:
select the scheme revhist icon (Scheme Revision History) from the tool bar, or
right-click in the hierarchical area and select Scheme Actions > Scheme Revision History from the subsequent menus.

The Scheme Revision History screen will open:

3.Toggle Edit Mode to ON.
3.Right-click in the Data Area and select "Insert item Insert Item" from the subsequent menu.
4.Click into the "Modification By" field and enter the details.  Tab into, and complete, the other fields where appropriate. (NOTE: Entering information into the "Completion Date" field will cause the note to be locked.  The note can then only be amended by a user with a security level of 91 or above).
5.Once all necessary fields are complete, click the Save icon to save the changes.
