Prime offers the facility to save searches. This can be useful if a standard search needs to be carried out frequently, or if a search is particularly complex or time-consuming to build. (HINT: To enable the easy retrieval of saved searches, create a dedicated "Search" folder in which to save all Prime searches).
| 2. | Run the search by clicking Search Now or the icon on the Tool Bar. This is to ensure that the search has been built correctly and returns appropriate results. |
| 3. | Click the icon (Save Search) on the Tool Bar. |
| 4. | On the subsequent "Save Search Criteria" screen, navigate to the location in which the search is to be saved, and input a file name. (NOTE: "Save as type" automatically defaults to 'Prime Search Files'. If this is altered, it will subsequently be impossible to load the search). |
