If data is to be replicated across many assets within a Schedule it is easier to firstly copy and paste this information in the Schedule view before moving to the individual Item Details screens to complete the asset information.

 

1.Highlight the appropriate schedule from the Site List screen and select "Schedule Schedule For" from the Side Bar.
2.Toggle Edit Mode to ON. (NOTE: Depending on the security level of the login account in use, not all fields will be editable.  Fields which cannot be edited will be greyed-out on the screen).

3.If necessary, add additional fields to the view:
i.Right-click in the Data Area.
ii.Select View Options > "Edit displayed data Edit Displayed Data" from the subsequent menus.
iii.The Customization box will open.  Drag the required field name from the Customization box to the Column Headings area and release the mouse button.
iv.Repeat if required and then close the Customization box (click the cross in the top right-hand corner) to refresh the view of the data. (NOTE: The data refresh may take up to a minute to complete depending on the quantity of data affected.  Do NOT attempt to re-close the Customization box whilst the data refresh is in progress).
4.Click into the appropriate field(s) and make any necessary changes or additions.  (NOTE: Certain fields may restrict the type of data which can be entered.  For example, Frequency fields require a maximum of three digits to be entered followed by a space and the letter D, W, M, Y, signifying days, weeks, months or years.  If the space and letter are omitted, the frequency entered will default to months).
5.A spell-check function is available.  Right-click in the required field and select "Spell Check Check Spelling" from the subsequent menu.
6.Click the Save icon to save the changes.
