If data is to be replicated across many assets within a Schedule it is easier to firstly copy and paste this information in the Schedule view before moving to the individual Item Details screens to complete the asset information.
| 1. | Highlight the appropriate schedule from the Site List screen and select " Schedule For" from the Side Bar. |
| 2. | Toggle Edit Mode to ON. (NOTE: Depending on the security level of the login account in use, not all fields will be editable. Fields which cannot be edited will be greyed-out on the screen). |
| 3. | If necessary, add additional fields to the view: |
| i. | Right-click in the Data Area. |
| ii. | Select View Options > " Edit Displayed Data" from the subsequent menus. |
| iii. | The Customization box will open. Drag the required field name from the Customization box to the Column Headings area and release the mouse button. |
| iv. | Repeat if required and then close the Customization box (click the cross in the top right-hand corner) to refresh the view of the data. (NOTE: The data refresh may take up to a minute to complete depending on the quantity of data affected. Do NOT attempt to re-close the Customization box whilst the data refresh is in progress). |
| 4. | Click into the appropriate field(s) and make any necessary changes or additions. (NOTE: Certain fields may restrict the type of data which can be entered. For example, Frequency fields require a maximum of three digits to be entered followed by a space and the letter D, W, M, Y, signifying days, weeks, months or years. If the space and letter are omitted, the frequency entered will default to months). |
| 5. | A spell-check function is available. Right-click in the required field and select " Check Spelling" from the subsequent menu. |
| 6. | Click the icon to save the changes. |
