Three standard filters are available from the "Search Settings" option on the Data Area right-click menu:
These can be applied separately, jointly, or not at all. By default, none of these settings is applied.
Remove Items with Blank Dates
Where a date column has been added to the Grouping Area and "Remove Items with Blank Dates" is applied, any items which have a blank date in the field added to the view will be excluded from view. (NOTE: If a date field is not included on the screen before "Remove Items with Blank Dates" is applied, and a date field is subsequently added, it will be necessary to click

Once applied, the "Remove Items with Blank Dates" setting will be retained by Prime for future use. This will be indicated in any subsequent search results (where a Date field is included in the Column Heading area) by the heading "Blank Dates Removed".
To re-instate the blank dates:
Remove Excluded Items
(NOTE: Information on excluding assets may be found in the "Scrapped or Moth-balled assets" and "Excluding Assets" sections).
Assets which have been marked as "Excluded" (via the Excluded field on the Item Details screen) may be removed from view in the search results.
For example:
Once applied, the "Remove Excluded Items" setting will be retained by Prime for future use. This will be indicated in any subsequent search results by the heading "Excluded Items Removed".
To re-instate excluded items:

Search Heading And Drawing Items
By default, information contained within Heading or Drawing lines is excluded from a search.
To apply the setting, right-click in the Data Area and select Search Settings > Search Heading And Drawing Items. A tick will appear next to this option indicating that it is enabled. Once applied, this will be retained by Prime for future use.
To remove the setting, right-click in the Data Area and select Search Settings > Search Heading and Drawing Items. The tick will be removed.
