A listing of asset procedures may be obtained at either the Asset or Scheme level.
To display all procedures relevant to a Scheme:
| 1. | Highlight the appropriate schedule from the Site List. |
| 2. | Select " Documents for" from the Side Bar. Where at least one Asset Procedure has been created within the selected schedule, a list of all relevant procedures will be available from the Procedures tab. Where NO asset procedure has been created, then the Procedures tab will not display any data. |
To display procedures specific to an individual asset:
| 1. | Highlight the appropriate schedule from the Site List and select " Schedule For" from the Side Bar. |
| 2. | Click on the appropriate asset and either: |
| • | select " Documents for" from the Side Bar. A full list of relevant procedures (including both Asset and Global procedures) is available from the Procedures tab; or |
| • | double-click on the reference in the "Prep. Procedure" field. (NOTE: If the incorrect Procedure Reference has been input to the "Prep. Procedure" field, Prime will be unable to access the procedure. A "Procedure Not Found" dialog box will open: |
This will contain details of Global Procedures which may have similarities in their procedure reference numbers. Click Cancel to return to the Schedule view, select " Documents For" from the Side Bar and move to the Procedures tab in order to view the required asset procedure).
