Originally designed as a software package to control PSSR Written Schemes of Examination, Prime through customer feedback, has expanded into a complete statutory documentation and management system for your engineering plant. Through the use of optional modules the system can be configured with the feature-set that best matches your plant.

The data held in any system can quickly become out of date if there is not a process in place to keep it current. This is why we have worked hard to link Prime to the reporting systems of all the major third-party inspection organizations in the UK. Incoming reports are attached as associated documents to the plant and are also responsible for updating date & condition information on the Prime plant data pages.
To ensure all interested parties are aware of the current plant status, Prime can be configured to generate KPI metrics automatically for view within the system, or if preferred, emailed out to the recipients as PDF reports.
In order to allow you to get on with other jobs, LMP can offer data management services to update the Prime database, ensuring you always have the latest information to hand. We can supply schedules of forthcoming examinations and overview reports of inspections carried out to assist you in managing your inspection process. In addition, engineering expertise in respect of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations is also available. Our consultants can provide Competent Person services for the drawing up and certifying of Written Schemes of Examination as well as assistance with alterations and repairs to existing plant.
