Report Management

In addition to supplying software systems to plant owners, LMP also produce an Electronic Inspection Report system for Statutory Inspection organizations to provide to their clients. An Electronic Inspection Report system is designed for the recipient of the reports and maintains a database of current and historic inspection reports in a searchable form. This system provides three immediate benefits to those clients :-

• Improve safety by making actionable reports stand out as an alert.
• Reduce the client's resource required to handle the reports.
• Increase the value of each report by making the data previously locked on each report accessible and exportable to the client's internal systems.

The inspection organization benefits from :-

• A modern Electronic Inspection Report system that is being continually developed and enhanced.
• The support for the system being provided by LMP.
• Support for bespoke data/integration requests from clients.

Web based or Windows app

The system is available as a Windows application or as a Web based portal, with most features available via either platform. Data management features are stronger on the Windows application, whilst the website caters to the modern browsers on tablet, phones and desktop platforms to provide report access anywhere. What is more, the client doesn't need to decide upon one system or the other, their login credentials are valid on both platforms allowing them to choose the best access method for their current needs.

Emailed Reports

In addition to managing your clients access to reports via the system, we recognize that for some users, email is a more appropriate medium for transferring the reports. This could be suitable for a number of different clients :-

• The H&S director that only needs notification of safety related defects.
• The client with only a few inspections per year, for which the full system would be overkill, but would still benefit from an electronic copy of the report.
• The local Facilities Manager looking after one office/retail site from a large portfolio.

Reports can be emailed as soon as they are available, or held for an overnight batch email containing all reports issued that day.
