Prime is an asset management system that has always concentrated upon the management and control of information relating to statutory compliance of plant. Through the use of ‘bolt on’ modules, Prime can be extended to cover client specific requirements such as generation of inspection reports both on screen or via the use of hand held devices for write once in field reporting. To this end, Prime is currently used by a number of small inspection companies to generate statutory inspection reports for their clients through on screen report generation or via hand-held devices.
The Serve system has been developed in conjunction with some of the UK’s largest insurance inspection companies and is the most widely used system in the UK for the viewing and management of statutory inspection reports by end users. Whilst Serve is our internal product name, this system is better known as E-Report from British Engineering Services, HSB Train and SGS Reporting.
